A 4.50 cm tall object was placed a distance of 26.0 cm in front of a spherical mirror whose radius was very large compared to its size. In this position, the distance from the mirror to the object was less than the distance from the mirror to the focal point, and resulted in an image that was 3.50 cm tall. a) Sketch a ray diagram for this situation in your answer book. Your diagram need not be to scale, but it should show all important features (such as the shape of the mirror, its focal point, centre of curvature, the object, the image, and at least two rays that can be used to locate the image). b) Determine the radius of curvature of the mirror, and enter the result into the box below. Please express your answer in metres, in accordance with the usual sign convention, and make it correct to at least 2 decimal places.
