The next part of the assignment requires the student to take three photos. Even though we're somewhat limited on where we can go now, you may take these photos from home. Do NOT use photos that you didn't take, and try not to use old ones - take them especially for this assignment! Photo \# 1 is your 'candid' shot. Remember, 'candid' means that no one is looking at the camera, or expecting a picture to be taken of them. If you live with family, this is a perfect time to snap a pic of this type. Photo \# 2 has to do with the 'environment'. No people in this pic. This could be snapped in your yard, or from a window in your home. Photo \# 3 has to do with an 'object'. No people in this pic. Finally, write a Haiku for each of the photos you submit. Haiku One corresponds to Photo One. this must be in dramatic form, meaning use the people in the photo as if they were talking to one another - as if in a dialogue. You don't have to give character names but please be sure to follow the strict line structure as listed above. Haiku Two corresponds to Photo Two. This Haiku must tell a story about that particular environment. Think of it as a (very) short story about the environment and follow the Haiku line structure. Haiku Three corresponds to Photo Three. This Haiku must be in rhyme structure. This means that the last vowel sounds in all three lines end in the same sound. I'll post an example.
